Legend Oil and Gas Ltd. ("LOGL"), is actively engaged in the pursuit of its successful development program on its Canadian assets. The Company has drilled 10 successful oil wells on the property to date and has permitted 16 additional wells. Through its wholly owned subsidiary Legend Energy Canada Ltd., LOGL maintains production of approximately 200 BOE/d with numerous drilling and development opportunities on its books. Recent softening of gas prices has delayed development of these properties, however, they provide significant cash flow for the benefit of the Company and its shareholders.
