Legend Oil and Gas is focused on acquiring and developing assets with significant exploration and development potential, with an emphasis on North American oil-prone shale plays. Assets are currently being sought in Montana and North Dakota, particularly in the Bakken and Heath shale plays.

The Company also owns 1,040 acres of oil producing property in Kansas. In Management’s opinion, there are significant opportunities to expand production, reduce operating expenses, and consolidate the production facilities of this property.
